Minutes of the Meeting

• Register ASHA as a student organisation at Yale. We will also register with the McDougal center. This should help us in availing of Yale facilities.

• As part of the fund-raising activities, we will organise a movie show at Yale. The proposed details of the movie show:
  • The movie proposed is "The Making of a Mahatma" by Shyam Benegal. There were a few other proposals as well but this seemed to be a non-controversial movie with a broad-based appeal.
    
  • The proposed date is 27th March 1999, subject to there being no other engagements planned during this time. In case of clashes, we will move the movie to 3rd April 1999.
    
  • The time is 7:00 p.m.
    
  • The venue is Davies Auditorium; subject to certain constraints. We want to sell tickets outside Yale as well. We need to make sure that they will be allowed in Davies Auditorium without requiring extensive security arrangements.
    
  • The tickets will be priced at $5 flat.
