I'll describe a library of collection data structures for Haskell, looking more at the organization and design principles of the library than at its contents (most of which has not yet been adapted to the new signatures). As potential users of the library, you are cordially requested to hurl numerous stones at my proposal, and tell me where I got it all wrong.
